猪附红细胞体小鼠感染模型的建立及验证

摘　　要：为建立经济、适用的猪附红细胞体感染动物模型,该试验将45只昆明种小白鼠随机平均分为3组:A组为空白对照组接种PBS;B组为阴性对照组接种猪附红细胞体阴性血液分离物;C组为模型组接种猪附红细胞体。最后测定血常规、血液生化指标、脏器指数,并观察病理变化。结果表明:模型组小鼠白细胞总数减少,其中,粒细胞、淋巴细胞数量减少,血小板数量减少,血红蛋白浓度降低;白球比降低,丙氨酸氨基转移酶、碱基转移酶升高;临床症状为精神萎靡、扎堆、被毛逆立。病理切片对照组无明显变化;模型组小鼠心肌充血;肝脏细胞肿胀、颗粒变性,肝窦变窄。表明模型组小鼠出现猪附红细胞体病的临床症状和病变,建模成功。In order to establish an economic and applicable animal model of Mycoplasma suis infection,45 Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups:group A was the blank control group inoculated with PBS;group B was the negative control group inoculated with Mycoplasma suis negative blood isolate;group C was the model group inoculated with Mycoplasma suis.At last,the blood routine examination,blood biochemical index and organ index were measured,and the pathological changes were observed.The results showed that:in the model group,the total number of white blood cells decreased,including the number of granulocytes and lymphocytes decreased,the number of platelets decreased,and the concentration of hemoglobin decreased;the ratio of white blood cells decreased,alanine aminotransferase and base transferase increased;the clinical symptoms were listlessness,piling up and hair inversion.There was no significant change in the control group.In the model group,myocardial congestion,swelling and granular degeneration of liver cells and narrowing of hepatic sinuses were observed.The results showed that the clinical symptoms and pathological changes of Mycoplasma suis appeared in the model group,and the model was successfully established.
