摘　　要：采用自由基共聚法,以苯乙烯磺酸钠(SS)和2-羟乙基乙烯基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚大单体(IPEG-PPG)为主要合成原料,并加入自制减缩组分(RS)共聚,制备了低收缩聚羧酸系减水剂(SRPC),通过凝胶渗透色谱、红外光谱和核磁共振测试分析了其相对分子质量及其分布以及特征官能团。测定了表面张力、对水泥颗粒吸附行为、混凝土自收缩及各项混凝土应用性能(减水率、含气量、抗压强度),并分析其吸附-降低表面张力的减缩机理。结果表明,当侧链接枝密度(EO∶PO)为3∶1,侧链长度为23且摩尔比RS∶SS∶IPEG-PPG=3∶0.6∶1时合成的聚羧酸系减水剂具有高减水性能且对混凝土具有低收缩的作用。The low shrinkage polycarboxylate superplasticizers(SRPC)with styrene sulfonate(SS)and 2-hydroxyethyl vinyl-PEO-PPO(IPEG-PPG)as main raw material,and added shrinkage-reducing agent(RS),were synthesized through radical copolymerization in aqueous phase.The molecular weight and its distribution of SRPC,and characteristic functional groups were analyzed by GPC,FT-IR and 1H-NMR.The surface tension,adsorption behavior,autogenous shrinkage of concrete,water-reducing rate,air content of concrete and compression strength were investigated,and the mechanism of adsorption-reduces interfacial tension was analyzed.The results show that polycarboxylate superplasticizer has a high reducing water ratio,low shrinkage for concrete,when the mole ratio of EO and PO is 3∶1,the side chain length is 23 and mole ratio of RS,SS and IPEG-PPG is 3∶0.6∶1.
