摘 要:以偏氟乙烯-三氟乙烯-三氟氯乙烯三元共聚物(Co-PVDF)作为增韧剂对聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE)进行了增韧改性。采用万能试验机、电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪、高压毛细管流变仪等对PCTFE/Co-PVDF共混物的力学性能、微观结构、结晶行为以及加工性能进行了研究。结果发现,Co-PVDF可有效改善PCTFE的力学韧性,共混物表现出韧性断裂特征;当Co-PVDF质量分数为10%时,共混物的冲击强度提升了6.4倍;Co-PVDF的引入抑制了PCTFE的结晶,降低了PCTFE的结晶度;随着Co-PVDF含量的增加,PCTFE/Co-PVDF共混物的剪切黏度、平衡扭矩降低,塑化时间缩短,加工性能得到显著提高。Vinylidene fluoride-trifluoro ethylene-chloro trifluoroethylene terpolymer(Co-PVDF)was used as toughening agent to toughen polytrifluorochloroethylene(PCTFE)by melt blending.The mechanical properties,microstructure,crystallization behavior,and processing performance of PCTFE/Co-PVDF blends were studied through the universal testing machine,differential scanning calorimeter,electron microscope,high-pressure capillary rheometer,etc.The results show that Co-PVDF can effectively improve the mechanical toughness of PCTFE,and the blends show ductile fracture characteristics;when the mass fraction of Co-PVDF is 10%,the impact strength of the blend is increased by 6.4 times;the introduction of Co-PVDF inhibits the crystallization and reduces the crystallinity of PCTFE;as the content of Co-PVDF increases,the shear viscosity and equilibrium torque of PCTFE/Co-PVDF blends are decreased,the plasticizing time is shortened,and the processing performance is significantly improved.
