摘　　要：目的通过某三甲综合性医院对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的筛查与防控进行回顾性分析,以寻求更加安全科学可靠的防控措施,为疫情防护提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,调查某三甲医院自2020年1月25日—2月7日对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的筛查及诊治措施,包括患者就诊程序、筛查方法、医患人员防护措施、感染控制等,观察两周就诊患者的诊治及医护人员工作状态。结果该三甲医院共筛查出发热(体温37.3℃及以上)患者1315例,有武汉居住史返乡患者107例,有接触史患者141例,留观患者18例,确诊3例,治愈2例,无死亡病例发生。就诊患者及全院医护人员无一人交叉感染。结论对新型冠状病毒肺炎安全严密的筛查及医患人员的严格防护,对患者的救治及控制感染传播具有较好效果。Objective The novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-2019)screening and prevention and control were ana‐lyzed retrospectively in a third class comprehensive hospital to seek more safe,scientific and reliable control measures,so as to provide reference for epidemic prevention.Methods A novel coronavirus pneumonia screening and diagnosis and treatment in a third class a hospital from January 25,2020 to February 7 were investigated by retrospective study,including patient visit procedures,screening methods for patients,medical and patient protection measures,infection control,and so on.The diagnosis and treatment of two weeks of treatment and the working status of medical staff were observed.Results 1315 cases of fever(temperature 37.3℃and above)were screened out in a third-class hospital,107 cases of returning home patients with a history of residence in Wuhan,141 cases of patients with a history of contact,18 cases of staying in observation,3 cases of confirmed diagnosis,2 cases of cured,and no death.There was no cross in‐fection both the patients and the medical staff.Conclusion The novel coronavirus pneumonia is closely screened and the patients and doctors are strictly protected.It has good effect on the treatment and control of infection.
