摘　　要：目的探讨非接触式健康教育对发热门诊患者新型冠状病毒肺炎知识知晓率的影响。方法选取2020年1月20日—27日来某医院发热门诊就诊且医学建议居家隔离观察的169名患者进行多种形式的非接触式健康教育。第1天和第14天填写新型冠状病毒肺炎知识调查问卷,比较2次调查问卷得分情况。结果第1天和第14天调查问卷得分分别为(6.81±1.71)分和(7.77±1.62)分(t=11.24,P<0.001),按照α=0.05的检验水准,差异有统计学意义。结论非接触式健康教育能提高发热门诊患者新型冠状病毒肺炎知识的知晓率。Objective'To investigate the effectiveness of no-touch health education on knowledge of novel coronaviruspneumonia among febrile outpatients.Methods All patients enrolled accepted no-touch health education after the pa-tients returned home.Knowledge of novel coronavirus pneumonia were measured by the use of the self-made novel corona-virus pneumonia questionnaire.Data were collected at the Ist and 14th day.Results A total of 149 febrile outpatientswere enrolled.Scores on the lst and 14th day were(6.81±1.71)and(7.77±1.62)respectively(P<0.001).Conclusion No-touch health education was found to improve the knowledge of novel coronavirus pneumonia among febrile outpatients.
