摘  要:目的研发一种背囊式电动常量喷雾器,以满足自然灾害救援、公共卫生事件应急处置等领域和卫勤遂行保障需求。方法采用耐腐PVC囊体、外裹迷彩软布保护套体形成可穿戴式喷雾药箱,结合微型电泵、锂电池、伸缩式喷雾杆,形成一套背囊式电动常量喷雾器。依据JB/T 7284-2005进行可靠性、耐腐和续航等试验,检测喷雾性能。结果背囊式电动常量喷雾器可耐75%敌敌畏乳油1500 h以上,耐33.5 g/L次氯酸钠500 h以上;首次故障时间>200 h,有效度99.9%,电池平均续航时间可达3.2 h以上。结论该新型背囊式电动常量喷雾器,结构精巧合理,携带便利,性能可靠,为应急救援、疫情处置提供了一种可靠、便携、值得推广使用的可穿戴式应急消毒杀虫喷雾设备。Objective To develop a kind of backpack electric constant sprayer(BECS)to meet the demands of emergen‐cy treatment and medical support in natural disaster relief,public health emergency response and other fields.Meth⁃ods Wearable spray pesticide bag was formed by anti-corrosion PVC capsule and camouflage cloth covered.A set of backpack electric constant sprayer was formed by combining micro electric pump,lithium battery and telescopic spray rod.According to JB/T 7284-2005,reliability tests,corrosion resistance and endurance tests were conducted to deter‐mine the spray performance.Results The backpack electric constant sprayer could withstand 75%dichlorvos(missible oil)for more than 1500 hours,33.5 g/L sodium hypochlorite for more than 500 hours,the first failure time is more than 200 hours,the validity was 99.9%,and lithium polymer batteries lasted about 3.2 hours per charge.Conclusion The new type of BECS has the advantages of exquisite and reasonable structure,convenient carrying and reliable perfor‐mance.It provides a reliable,portable and wearable emergency disinfection insecticide spray equipment for emergency rescue and epidemic treatment.
