摘　　要：大数据时代,公共图书馆读者的个人信息面临着泄露风险。《中华人民共和国民法典》的颁布,对读者个人信息的保护提出了更高的要求,公共图书馆亟须完善相关制度。文章结合《中华人民共和国民法典》对个人信息保护的相关规定,提出应完善行业规范、明确读者权利、规范用户隐私政策声明、约束馆员及第三方平台行为、改进网络技术与加强技术保障、加强对特殊群体的保护等措施,以利于公共图书馆加强对读者个人信息的保护。In the era of big data,readers personal information in public libraries is faced with a risk of leakage.With the coming out of the protection of readers’personal information,and public libraries are in urgent need of perfecting relevant systems.In light of the relevant provisions on the protection of personal information in the readers’rights,regulate users’privacy policy statements,restrict the behavior of librarians and third-party platforms,improve network technology and strengthen technical support,as well as strengthen the protection of special groups etc.,in order to protect the personal information of public library readers.
