摘　　要：随着我国公共数字文化建设的持续推进,公共数字文化工程服务受到业界的广泛关注。文章以“十三五”时期CNKI数据库中收录的有关“公共数字文化工程服务”主题的文献为研究对象,利用知识图谱工具CiteSpace通过关键词词频、聚类、变迁时间线、前沿时区等可视化分析,挖掘国内“公共数字文化工程服务”领域研究热点,据此从对象需求、资源保障、平台技术、渠道方式、服务机制等五方面阐述主要研究方向与进展,同时结合我国公共数字文化服务实践进行思考,总结研究特点与不足,为今后的实践与研究提供参考和借鉴。With the continuous promotion of domestic public digital culture construction,public digital cultural engineering service has received widespread attention in this field.The article takes the literature on the subject of“public digital cultural engineering services”recruited by the CNKI database during the“13th Five-Year Plan”period as the research object,and uses the knowledge graph tool Cite Space to visually analyze the keyword frequency,clustering,transition timeline,frontier time zone,etc..It also explores the domestic research hot spots in the field of“public digital cultural engineering services”,thus,expounding the main research directions and progress from five aspects of object needs,resource guarantee,platform technology,channel methods,and service mechanisms.At the same time,the article considers the practice of domestic public digital cultural services and summarizes the characteristics and deficiencies of the researches,aiming to provide consultation and references for future practice and researches.
