摘　　要：针对世界知识产权组织(WIPO)在日内瓦发布的《2020世界知识产权指标》报告中的外观设计专利数据展开分析,总结了全球格局中我国外观设计数据的主要特征。针对我国居民外观设计存在的海外布局区域不平衡、价值不高及转移转化薄弱导致的维持率低等现状,从顶层设计、协同创新体系构建、转移转化机制及平台建设等角度提出了建议及策略。This paper analyzes the industrial design data in the World Intellectual Property Indicators 2020 report issued by the World Intellectual Property Organization(WIPO)in Geneva,and summarizes the main characteristics of China's industrial design data in the global pattern.In view of the current situation of unbalanced overseas layout,low maintenance rate caused by low value and weak transfer and transformation in China,suggestions and strategies are put forward from the perspectives of toplevel design,construction of collaborative innovation system,transfer and transformation mechanism and platform construction.
