摘　　要：通过对山东省高校知识产权创新能力的纵向及横向对比分析,从促进产学研转化等服务社会的实效性角度,梳理山东省高校知识产权的实际情况。应从知识产权信息服务、知识产权人才培养力度、优化知识产权政策以及提升服务社会的实效性等方面着力提升山东省高校科技创新能力,努力构建服务国家战略和山东半岛蓝色海洋经济区的实践体系。Intellectual property innovation ability of colleges and universities in Shandong province is analyzed based on the comparison in vertical and horizontal aspects.The actual situation of the intellectual property rights of colleges and universities in Shandong province is sorted out from the perspective of the effectiveness of promoting the transformation of production,education,and research to serve the society.The goal is to improve the scientific and technological innovation capabilities of colleges and universities in Shandong province,and strive to build a practice system that serves the national strategy and the Blue Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula.
