摘  要:分析目前集成电路PUF领域的国际发展趋势、技术分布情况和重点申请人布局,为我国集成电路PUF技术的发展和专利布局提供参考。通过incoPat专利检索工具,对全球PUF领域专利数据进行采集,对获得的数据进行预处理,并对该领域专利申请的年度趋势、专利申请人、核心专利情况、技术分支等特征进行分析。通过专利信息分析,得出我国在集成电路PUF相关技术的研发与专利申请方面起步较晚,但发展迅速,申请人以高校或者研究院所为主,且海外专利较少,参与国际竞争意识不强,应加强对国际技术领先的公司专利进行跟踪,加大对拥有自主产权技术的研发力度,加快PUF技术在全球重点国家的专利布局进度。This paper analyzes the international development trend,technology distribution and key applicant layout in the field of integrated circuit PUF based on patent database,so as to provide reference for the development of integrated circuit PUF technology and patent layout in China.With the incoPat patent retrieval tool,the global PUF patent data were collected by constructing the retrieval formula,and the obtained data were preprocessed,and the annual trend of patent applications,patent applicants,core patent,technical branches and other characteristics in this field were analyzed.Through patent information analysis,it is concluded that the R&D and patent application of integrated circuit PUF related technologies in China started relatively late,but developed rapidly.The applicants are mainly universities or research institutes,and there are few overseas patents,and the awareness of participating in international competition is not strong.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the tracking of international technology leading companies'patents,and increase the research on technologies with independent property rights.Efforts should be made to speed up the patent layout progress of PUF technology in key countries in the world.
