摘 要:泌乳性状是牛羊等家畜的重要经济性状之一,由多个微效基因所调控,同时也是基于现在分子标记选择技术的理想性状之一。牛羊泌乳性状的提高和改善也已成为现今世界遗传育种研究领域的重要课题和热点。目前报道的关于泌乳性状分子标记的研究较多,为从分子水平上提高牛羊泌乳性能提供了基础。筛选有关牛羊泌乳性状相关的有效分子标记是提高牛羊的泌乳性能的有效手段,本文主要综述了牛羊泌乳相关基因的研究进展,并展望了这些基因的应用前景。Lactation traits are one of the important economic traits of cattle,sheep and other domestic animals.It is regulated by multiple minor genes and is also one of the ideal traits for molecular marker-assisted selection technique.Nowadays,the advancement and improvement of lactation traits of cattle and sheep have also become an important topic and hot spot in the field of genetic breeding.At present,there are many studies on the molecular markers of lactation traits,which provide a basis for improving the lactation performance of cattle and sheep at the molecular level.Screening the effective molecular markers related to the lactation traits of cattle and sheep is an effective means to improve the lactation performance of cattle and sheep.This article mainly reviews the research progress of lactation related genes in cattle and sheep,and prospects the application prospects of these genes.
