寒热平调汤治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察寒热平调汤治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析60例功能性消化不良患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予寒热平调汤,对照组给予多潘立酮片。2组均治疗4周,比较2组治疗前后中医症状积分、临床疗效。结果:2组治疗后各项评分均较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义;观察组上腹部不适、纳呆、面色萎黄、嗳气评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后2组患者乏力和便溏积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组中医临床症状总评分均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组[(5.73±3.25)vs(9.40±2.36)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:寒热平调汤治疗功能性消化不良效果良好。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of HanrePingtiao Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with functional dyspepsia were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment method,they were divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given HanrePingtiao decoction,and the control group was given Domperidone tablets.Four sessions of treatment were required in each group.TCM symptom scores and the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,all scores of the two groups were improved,and the difference was statistically significant.Two groups’scores of upper abdominal discomfort,aversion,pale complexion and belching after treatment were better than those before treatment.The difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of fatigue and loose stool between the two groups(P>0.05).Two groups’total TCM clinical symptoms score of the two groups were better than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the observation group(93.33%)and the control group(70.00%)after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:HanrePingtiao Decoction has a good effect on functional dyspepsia.
