任务重复法对实验课程教学效果影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨任务重复教学理论和方法应用于《药物分析实验技术》课程的教学效果。方法:选择两版不同教学大纲下的两届药物分析专业本科生为研究对象,对学生高效液相色谱法的学习情况及成绩表现进行过程化考核,以理论掌握、参与积极性、操作规范度、实验完成度及结果准确度五个维度为评定指标进行评分,并对数据进行多元统计分析。结果:在教学时长基本一致的情况下,任务重复法授课模式下的2018级学生在总成绩及理论掌握、参与积极性、操作规范度、实验完成度、结果准确度等各评定指标得分上均高于2016级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:任务重复法适用于药学专业实验课程的教学,可提高学生药学实验操作技能。Objective:To discuss the teaching effect of task repetition teaching theory and method applied to the course of“Pharmaceutical Analysis Experimental Technology”.Methods:The two grades of students which referred to different syllabuses were chosen as the study objects,the five dimensionality of HPLC,including theoretical knowledge mastery,participation enthusiasm,operation standard degree,experiment completion degree and result accuracy,were selected as the evaluation indicators,then these data were performed by multivariate statistical analysis.Results:With the same teaching time,the students of 2018 grade based on task repetition teaching method obtained significantly higher scores on total and various evaluation indicators than those of 2016 grade(P<0.05).Conclusion:Task repetition teaching method is suitable for the teaching of pharmaceutical experiment course,which is of great significance to enhance the students'operational skills in pharmaceutical experiment.
