摘　　要：得益于政策的驱动,我国建筑能源审计事业蓬勃发展,成绩斐然。市场需求稳步增长,技术体系建设日趋完善,可发展的道路上仍然面临重重阻碍。文章从中外能源审计的政策变迁入手,重点介绍我国建筑能源审计行业近况并剖析阻碍行业发展的关键问题,进而围绕市场、政策、教育三个方面为建筑能源行业发展提出合理化建议。Driven by the policy,China's building energy audit has developed vigorously with remarkable achievements.With the steady growth of market demand and the increasingly perfect construction of technolog-ical system,there are still many obstacles on the road to development.Starting from the policy changes of ener-gy audit at home and abroad,this paper mainly introduces the current situation of China's building energy audit industry and analyzes the key problems hindering the development of the industry,and then puts forward rea-sonable suggestions for the development of the building energy industry from three aspects:market,policy and education.
