基于公交客流不均衡性的调度分析

摘  要:为提高公交运营的服务效率,考虑公交站点乘客需求集中性,以公交的发车间隔、满载率作为约束条件,建立以乘客出行时间成本和公司运营成本最小为目标的公交组合调度模型,并通过遗传算法求解。计算结果表明:单一调度模式中全程车的发车间隔为5 min;组合调度模式中全程车发车间隔为3 min,大站快车为10 min。通过对比这2种模式下的乘客出行与公司运营的总成本,组合调度可节省23.1%的成本,实施组合调度能有效降低系统总成本,提高公交服务水平。In order to improve the service efficiency of bus operation,considering the demand concentration of passengers at bus stations and taking the departure interval and load rate of buses as constraints,a bus combined scheduling model with the goal of minimizing the travel time cost of passengers and the operation cost of the company was established and solved by genetic algorithm.The calculation results show that single scheduling mode to the car departure intervals for 5 min,combination scheduling model of the entire car departure interval is 3 min,big station express for 10 min,by comparing the two modes of passengers and the costs of the company,combined operation can save 23.1% of the cost of implementing.Combination scheduling can effectively reduce the system cost and improve the level of public transport services.
