摘  要:以国内在建最长湖底隧道——太湖隧道为例,针对太湖隧道线路长、空间有限、环境特殊、发生事故后救援难度大、疏散困难等特点,为降低隧道事故发生后,造成的损失及人员伤亡,应用列举分析法,研究针对太湖隧道发生单点事故和两点事故的应急救援方案。当太湖隧道发生不同类型的交通事故后,采取有针对性的隧道设备控制和交通疏导措施,可有效疏导隧道内交通,降低二次事故的发生概率,该研究为太湖隧道投入运营后事故救援提供技术支撑。Taking Taihu tunnel which is the longest tunnel under construction in China as an example,the characteristics of Taihu tunnel are analyzed,such as long line,limited space,special environment,difficult rescue and evacuation after the accident.In order to reduce the losses and casualties caused by the tunnel accident,this paper applies the enumeration analysis method,the emergency rescue plan for single point accident and two-point accident in Taihu tunnel are put forward.After different types of traffic accidents occurred in Taihu tunnel,taking targeted tunnel equipment control and traffic evacuation measures can effectively dredge the traffic in the tunnel and reduce the probability of secondary accidents.This study provides technical support for accident rescue after Taihu tunnel is put into operation.
