摘  要:美国学者布鲁纳提出的“结构—发现”理论与金课的“两性一度”标准有很多共通之处。社会实践类课程处于建设初期,“结构—发现”理论对社会实践类一流课程的教学改革有较强的现实意义。文章以广西壮族自治区一流课程《旅游接待业》为例,结合布鲁纳教育理论对课程教学改革进行回顾,总结了课程建设中循序渐进的实践项目、真实情境的实践教学、校企结合教师团队建设、“问题教学”培养学生直觉思维和创新思维、教学过程管理优化和多元化评价考核等举措,并对课程将来建设方向提出了可持续发展思路。American scholar Bruner's"structure discovery"theory has a lot in common with first-class course standard which can be described as HIGH-LEVEL,INNOVATIVE,CHALLENGING.Social practice course are in the initial stage of construction.This paper analyzes the relationship between“structure-discovery”theory and social practice courses and concludes that the theory of"structure-discovery"is of great practical significance to the teaching reform of the first-class social practice courses.Taking"tourism reception industry",the first-class social practice course in Guangxi as an example,this paper reviews and summarizes the teaching reform and practice in combination with Bruner's education theory,such as the progressive projects structure,the practice teaching in real situation,the cooperation between school teachers and entrepreneurs,the"problem teaching"to cultivate students'intuitive thinking and innovative thinking,optimization of teaching process management and multiple evaluation and assessment.It also puts forward the sustainable development ideas for the future construction direction of the curriculum.
