摘 要:车身结构是否有足够的强度和刚度来抵抗车辆在侧翻过程及侧翻后的变形,这是大客车被动安全性能的重要指标。侧翻试验是检验客车在侧翻事故中被动安全性能的主要检测方法。侧翻试验后,客车车身及上部结构低的变形量,可保证车上人员生存空间不受侵占,从而有效保护乘员的生命安全。为验证客车上部结构强度是否满足设计及标准要求,分别采用有限元法和试验法进行分析。其中,有限元法使用HyperWorks软件进行仿真,试验法是基于标准的侧翻试验台架进行实车侧翻试验。根据侧翻后客车上部骨架的变形量及对生存空间的影响程度,判断客车上部结构强度是否满足标准要求,为车身的改进及后续的优化设计提供参考。One of the important indexes of passive safety performance of motor coach is whether the body structure has enough strength and stiffness to resist the deformation of the vehicle during and after rollover.Rollover test is the main detection method to test the passive safety performance of motor coach in rollover accidents.After the rollover test,the low deformation of body and superstructure can ensure that the living space of the vehicle personnel is not occupied,so as to effectively protect the life safety of the passengers.In order to verify whether the strength of the superstructure of the motor coach meets the design and standard requirements,the finite element method and test method are used to analyze the strength of the motor coach.The finite element method is simulated by HyperWorks software,and the test method is based on the standard rollover test bench to carry out the rollover test of real vehicle.According to the deformation of the upper frame of the motor coach after rollover and its influence on the living space,the strength of the superstructure of the motor coach can be judged to meet the standard requirements.It provides a reference for the improvement of the motor coach and the subsequent optimization design.
