摘 要:针对站用直流电源系统阀控式铅酸(VRLA)电池组回路结构特点,提出了VRLA电池组回路在线综合监测方案。基于综合多参量监测技术,有效监测电池回路运行状态,并开发了电池回路状态在线判别装置。基于二极管单相导电降压电路和电阻智能投切技术,开发了VRLA电池组性能在线校验装置,实现了VRLA电池组带载性能在线检测和负荷冲击性能校验。河北南网变电站的试点应用有效验证了装置的有效性和可靠性。成果的应用提高了电池回路供电可靠性,并在一定程度上起到了缓解电池硫酸盐化的作用。According to the circuit structure characteristics of VRLA battery pack for DC power supply system in station,the on-line integrated monitoring scheme for VRLA battery pack circuit was proposed.Based on the comprehensive multi parameter monitoring technology,the operation status of battery circuit was effectively monitored,and the on-line judging device for battery circuit state was developed.Based on diode single-phase conduction buck circuit and resistance intelligent switching technology,the on-line performance calibration device for VRLA battery pack was developed,which realized on-line detection of load performance and load impact performance verification of VRLA battery pack.The effectiveness and reliability of the device were verified by the pilot application of the substation in Hebei South power grid.The application of the results improves the reliability of the battery circuit power supply,and plays a role in alleviating the sulfation of the battery to a certain extent.
