摘 要:结合福州某项目试验桩工程的检测过程,分析了第一次静载试验承载力不足的原因,确定了利用静载压重平台进行送桩及桩端高压注浆方式相结合的加固方式,加固后对问题试桩进行了承载力验证试验。试验结果表明:采用压重平台进行送桩可以压实桩底沉渣,有效提高试桩的单桩竖向抗压承载力;利用桩端高压注浆可进一步固化压实后的沉渣,确保了桩端承载力的发挥。Combined with the testing process of a test pile project in Fuzhou,the reason for the lack of bearing capacity in the first static load test was analyzed,and the reinforcement method combining pile sending and pile end high-pressure grouting by using static load ballast platform was determined.After reinforcement,the bearing capacity verification test of the problem test pile was carried out.The test results showed that the pile bottom sedimentation can be compacted by using the ballast platform to send the pile,and the vertical compressive bearing capacity on single pile of the test pile can be effectively improved;Pile end high-pressure grouting can further solidify the compacted sediment and ensure the exertion of the bearing capacity of the pile end.
