摘  要:尾矿库属于危险源,需要进行长周期安全管理。本研究利用梅山铁矿梁塘尾矿库库内堆存尾矿生产烧结砖,建成年产1.2亿块标砖生产线,配置两条干燥焙烧隧道窑,研发了细粒铁矿尾矿回采-原料破碎除杂-混匀陈化-挤出码坯-烧结的新工艺,生产出KP1砖和KP2砖。二者的孔洞率为30%,抗压强度为15.7 MPa,没有出现石灰爆裂和泛霜现象,指标全部满足《烧结多孔砖和多孔砌块》(GB/T 13544—2011)的要求。取砂销库可以减少土地资源占用量,大幅度提高资源利用水平,从根本上消除安全隐患。The tailings pond is a source of hazard,which requires long-term safety management.In this study,the tailings stockpiled in the Liangtang tailing reservoir of Meishan Iron Mine is used to produce sintered bricks,and a production line with an annual output of 120 million standard bricks is built,equipped with two dry roasting tunnel kilns,and a new process of fine-grained iron ore tailings mining-raw material crushing and impurity removal-mixing and aging-extrusion code blank-sintering is developed to produce KP1 bricks and KP2 bricks.The porosity of the two is 30%,the compressive strength is 15.7 MPa,there is no lime bursting and frosting phenomenon,and the indicators all meet the requirements of"Sintered Perforated Bricks and Perforated Blocks"(GB/T 13544—2011).The sand fetching and selling warehouse can reduce the occupation of land resources,greatly improve the level of resource utilization,and fundamentally eliminate potential safety hazards.
