摘 要:以九江市沙阎路闸桥工程上翻式弧形闸门为例,根据工程经验选定闸门结构形式,并通过ANSYS软件建立整体有限元模型,分别提出闸门面板、主梁、纵梁、支臂以及支铰等主要部件的应力值和位移量,从而分析计算闸门的结构的强度与刚度,判断结构的安全以及富裕量,以此来完成上翻式弧形闸门的设计。Taking the upturn arc gate of Shayan Road Sluice Bridge Project in Jiujiang as an example,the gate structures was selected according to engineering experience,and the whole finite element model was established by ANSYS software.The stress value and displacement of the main components such as the gate panel,the main girder and girder,the arm,and the hinge were put forward respectively.Thus,the structure strength and stiffness of the gate were analyzed and calculated,and the safety and affluence of the structure were judged,so as to complete the design of the upturn arc gate.
