摘 要:通过分析清远水利枢纽水电站机组投运后经常性发生发电机控制系统通信中断故障,分别从通信两端的设备主体、主站和从站间的通信方式、主站和从站间的通信接线、通信介质材料等方面入手,提出相关改造思路。通过对发电机控制系统的通信系统进行合理的技术改造,有效地杜绝了清远水利枢纽水电站发电机在发电运行过程中由于控制系统通信中断造成的安全隐患,提高了机组安全稳定运行的可靠性。Based on the analysis of the frequent communication interruption fault of generator control system after the unit of Qingyuan water control project hydropower station was put into operation,the relevant transformation ideas were put forward from the aspects of the main equipment at both ends of the communication,the communication mode between the master station and the slave station,the communication wiring between the master station and the slave station,and the communication medium materials.Through the reasonable technical transformation of the communication system of the generator control system,the hidden danger caused by the communication interruption of the control system during the operation of the generator in Qingyuan water control project hydropower station is effectively eliminated,and the reliability of the safe and stable operation of the unit is improved.
