摘 要:飞来峡水利枢纽社岗堤加固工程建设中,贯彻生态设计理念,建设生态水利工程。突破传统上对工程生态效益仅进行定性描述的做法,对水利工程生态效益基本涵义、生态效益计算范围、计算指标、计算方法进行了分析研究;结合工程实际,采用替代工程法、机会成本法、碳税法、造林成本法、工业制氧法、恢复费用法等,对社岗堤加固工程所产生的涵养水源、保土减淤、调节气候、固碳释氧、净化大气环境等生态效益进行定量分析计算,得出了本工程生态效益的定量价值。During construction of the Shegang embankment reinforcement project of Feilaixia Hydro-junction,the concept of ecological design was implemented to construct ecological water conservancy projects.Breaking through the traditional practice of only qualitative description of engineering ecological benefit,the basic meaning,calculation range,calculation index and calculation method of ecological benefit of water conservancy project were analyzed and studied.In accordance to the engineering practice,methods such as replacement engineering,opportunity cost,carbon tax,afforestation cost,industrial oxygen production,and restoration cost were adopted.Quantitative analysis and calculation were carried out on the ecological benefits of soil and water conservation,sedimentation reduction,climate regulation,carbon fixation and oxygen release,atmosphere environment purification caused by the Shegang embankment reinforcement project to obtain the quantitative value of the ecological benefits of this project.
