黄连解毒散治疗仔猪胃肠炎效果分析

摘　　要：猪传染性胃肠炎病毒是冠状病毒,存在囊状膜,其形状不同,多为圆形、多边形和椭圆形。猪传染性胃肠炎是一种传染性很强的肠道疾病,其特点是仔猪呕吐,严重腹泻和脱水。黄连解毒散是中药试剂,主要成分黄连、黄芩、黄柏、栀子,可预防、有效治疗猪猪传染性胃肠炎,提高机体免疫力,预防和治疗免疫抑制性疾病,促进生长发育,是纯中药提取物,无耐药性,无残留。为了解黄连解毒散治疗仔猪传染性胃肠炎的效果进行药物试验,选用个体基本相似20~30日龄100头患病的仔猪,随机分为2组,对照组使用广谱抗生素,试验组饲喂添加黄连解毒散,结果表明黄连解毒散对仔猪胃肠炎的治疗效果较好,具有一定的防治和治疗作用。Transmissible gastroenteritis virus is a coronavirus,which has cystic membrane.The shape of tgev is round,polygon and oval.Transmissible gastroenteritis of pigs is a highly contagious intestinal disease characterized by vomiting,severe diarrhea,and dehydration in piglets.Huanglian Jiedu powder is a traditional Chinese medicine reagent.Its main ingredients are coptis chinensis,scutellaria baicalensis,cortex phellodendri and fructus gardeniae.It can prevent and effectively treat transmissible gastroenteritis in pigs,improve the immunity of the body,prevent and treat immunosuppressive diseases,and promote growth and development,it is pure Chinese medicine extract,no drug resistance,no residue.In order to know the effect of Huanglian Jiedu powder on the treatment of infectious gastroenteritis in piglets,100 piglets,aged from 20 to 30 days,were randomly divided into 2 groups and the control group was treated with broad-spectrum antibiotics,the experimental group was fed with coptis Jiedu powder.The results showed that coptis Jiedu powder had good therapeutic effect on piglet gastroenteritis.
