摘 要:牛完成配种工作后,为了实现高效繁殖管理,应及时进行准确的妊娠诊断,以往传统诊断采用超声波检测与直肠检测方法,但会对牛产生侵入性伤害,操作不当还会导致胚胎死亡。通过检测孕酮、妊娠相关的糖蛋白等物质,简单快速,但其在配种后第1个发情期内的诊断准确率较低。目前牛妊娠诊断开始引入红外光谱等新型技术,科技含量较高,操作简单,此后还应继续筛选高效的妊娠检测方法,保证准确率,提高牛的繁殖效率,为养殖人员赢得更多的经济效益。In order to achieve efficient reproductive management,the cows should be timely and accurately diagnosed for pregnancy after mating.In the past,the traditional methods of ultrasonic examination and rectal examination were used,but they would have invasive injury to the cattle,improper manipulation can also result in fetal death.The detection of progesterone,pregnancy-related glycoprotein and other substances,simple and rapid,but its mating in the first estrus of the diagnostic accuracy is low.At present,new technologies such as infrared spectroscopy have been introduced into the diagnosis of bovine pregnancy.The technology content is relatively high and the operation is simple.After that,we should continue to screen highly effective methods for the detection of pregnancy to ensure the accuracy and improve the reproductive efficiency of cattle,to gain more economic benefits for the breeders.
