侧卸式装岩机在综掘拐弯中的应用

摘　　要：综掘巷道调整方位角时,受限于掘进机机身长度、桥式输送机及设备安装空间要求,需采取相应的措施调向。汶上义桥煤矿有限责任公司采用侧卸式装岩机配合掘进机转向,侧卸煤矸实现煤矸外运,侧卸装岩机的机动灵活充分发挥了调向期间掘进机的性能,缩短了工期,有力提高了拐弯工效。When adjusting the azimuth of the fully mechanized roadway,it is limited by the length of the roadheader body and the installation space of the bridge conveyor and equipment,so it is necessary to take corresponding measures to adjust the direction.Wenshang Yiqiao Coal Mine adopts side unloading rock loader to cooperate with roadheader steering,side unloading coal gangue to realize external transportation of coal gangue,the flexibility of side unloading rock loader gives full play to the performance of roadheader during direction adjustment,shortens the construction period,and effectively improves the efficiency of turning.
