分层施工在赵固一矿西风井井筒冻结段外壁施工中的应用

摘　　要：针对赵固一矿西风井井筒冻结段外壁的水文地质条件,在冻结表土层采用立井挖掘机配合中心回转抓岩机,冻结基岩层掘进采用伞钻打眼、光面爆破,试挖段采用短段掘砌混合作业,表土段采用立井冻结表土机械化快速施工法,井筒冻结基岩段外壁采用立井机械化快速施工。该分层施工技术可为其他类似矿井类似井筒施工提供参考。In view of the hydrogeological conditions of the outer wall of the frozen section of the Xifeng shaft in Zhaogu No.1 Coal Mine,the vertical shaft excavator and the central rotary rock grabber are used in the frozen surface soil layer,and the umbrella drill and smooth blasting are used in the freezing bedrock.The trial excavation section adopts the mixed operation of short section excavation,the surface soil section adopts the mechanized rapid construction method of vertical shaft frozen topsoil,and the outer wall of shaft frozen bedrock section adopts the rapid mechanized construction of vertical shaft.The layered construction technology can provide reference for similar shaft construction in other similar mines.
