摘　　要：目的利用Box-Behnken响应面设计法结合熵权法优选脑络欣通方最佳提取工艺。方法以浸泡时间、提取时间、提取次数作为考察因素,复方水提液中3种成分(羟基红花黄色素A、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、阿魏酸)的含量及复方出膏率作为考察指标;基于单因素设计方法及Box-Behnken响应面设计法构建三因素三水平试验设计方案,并采用熵权法对4种指标进行赋权,以综合评分结果作为提取工艺的评价指标优选最佳工艺条件,并进行工艺验证。结果脑络欣通方的最佳工艺条件为提取74 min,浸泡60 min,提取2次。结论利用Box-Behnken响应面设计法优化脑络欣通方提取工艺方法稳定,预测性较好,对脑络欣通方提取工艺研究具有重大的指导意义。Objective To optimize the extraction of Naoluo Xintong decoction by Box-Behnken response surface methodology and entropy weight method.Methods The soaking time,extraction time and the number of extraction were taken as the investigation factors.The paste rate and the content of hydroxysafflor yellow A,calycosin-7-glucoside and ferulic acid in the water extraction were used as the indexes.The single factor design method and Box-Behnken response surface methodology were used to construct three-factor three-level experimental design scheme,and then the entropy weigh method were used to weight the four indexes.Finally,the comprehensive scoring results were taken as the evaluation index of the extraction process to obtain the optimal for conditions and there were process verification.Results The optimal process conditions of Naoluo Xintong decoction were extraction for 74 min,soaking for 60 min,and extracting twice.Conclusion Box-Behnken can optimize the extraction process of Naoluo Xintong decoction,which is stable and predictable,and of great guidance in the research of Naoluo Xintong decoction extraction.
