摘　　要：目的制订瑶药串连珠的质量标准,为其质量控制及合理开发利用提供参考。方法参照药典方法对10个不同产地的串连珠样品进行性状﹑显微、薄层鉴别及水分﹑灰分和浸出物测定。结果各项鉴别方法专属性强,10个不同产地串连珠色谱与对照药材色谱在相同位置上显相同颜色的斑点;水分含量为7.91%~12.85%,总灰分含量为3.33%~5.58%,酸不溶性灰分含量为0.16%~0.76%;70%乙醇浸出物含量(冷浸法)为5.77%~11.08%。结论拟订水分含量不得过13.0%﹐总灰分不得过6.0%,酸不溶性灰分不得过1.0%,70%乙醇冷浸法浸出物不得少于5.0%。Objective To establish the quality standards for Yao medicine Damnacanthus giganteus.Methods The macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of 10 Damnacanthus giganteus samples from different habitats were determined.The reference medicinal materials were used to identify the water,ash and extract content with thin layer chromatography.Results The identification methods were highly specific.Totally 10 samples from different habitats showed the same colors for the same spots with the control chromatogram at the corresponding positions.The content of moisture was 7.91%-12.85%,total ash 3.33%-5.58%,acid insoluble ash 0.16%-0.76%,and ethanol soluble extract 5.77%-11.08%.Conclusion The quality standard for the water content should be below 13.0%,the average content of ash less than 6.0%,acid insoluble ash under 1.0%,and ethanol soluble extract above 5.0%.
