南通市医院临床药师顺利开展药学服务的影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的为推进临床药学服务发展提供参考。方法设计调查问卷,对南通市二级和三级医院临床药师进行调查,并采用因子分析和二元Logistic回归分析方法,分析临床药师顺利开展药学服务的影响因素。结果因子分析结果显示,制度建设、专业素质、他人态度、药品供应对药学服务工作能否顺利开展均有影响。二元Logistic回归分析结果显示,医院建设的临床药师相关制度[OR=2.501,95%CI=1.094~5.722,P=0.030]越完善,其临床药师越能顺利开展各项临床药学服务。结论分析临床药师顺利开展药学服务的影响因素,建议国家层面尽快推进《药师法》的建立,医院管理层和药学部应结合本部门实际情况,不断完善临床药师制建设方案、工作制度和考核激励制度等多项制度,提高药师顺利开展药学服务的能力。Objective To promote the development of clinical pharmaceutical service.Methods Questionnaires were designed and distributed among clinical pharmacists in second and third tier hospitals in Nantong.Factor analysis and binary Logistic analysis were used to analyze the influential factors for the service of clinical pharmacists.Results The factor analysis showed the institutional improvement,professional quality,others’attitude and drug supply all had an impact on pharmaceutical care.The binary Logistic analysis showed that the better the system[OR=2.501,95%CI=1.094~5.722,P=0.030]in the hospital construction,the more smoothly the clinical pharmacists might carry out clinical pharmaceutical services.Conclusion The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Pharmaceutical Practitioners is urgently needed.The working system,assessment,incentive and other systems related to the hospital Pharmacy Department should also be improved.
