摘 要:为探究深圳福田红树林生态公园水体浮游植物群落结构与时空变化特征,于2019年1月(冬季)、4月(春季)、7月(夏季)和10月(秋季)对生态公园水体的浮游植物进行采样,利用镜检法鉴定浮游植物种类并统计数量。结果表明:浮游植物种类和密度具有明显的时空差异,共发现浮游植物7门55属69种,主要由绿藻门(20属26种)、硅藻门(15属22种)和蓝藻门(9属9种)等组成。浮游植物细胞密度为5~110180个/L。大湖藻密度各个季度均较低,1月最高值仅0.19×10^(3)个/mL;小湖和修复带藻密度在7月最高,分别为1.73×10^(3)个/mL和2.6×10^(3)个/mL;老河口和监测站的藻密度在10月最高,分别为10.18×10^(3)个/mL和7.06×10^(3)个/mL。Shannon-weiner、Simpson和Margalef指数分别为0~2.94、0~0.92和0~3.8,生态公园的水体多样性指数均较低,不同地点及季节间变化较大。研究揭示了福田红树林生态公园水体浮游植物多样性、优势种和群落结构的季节变化特征,为红树林的保护和管理提供基础数据和参考。In January(winter),April(spring),July(summer)and October(autumn)of 2019,the phytoplankton in Shenzhen Futian mangrove ecological park was investigated at five stations.The species were identified under microscope,the cell density were calculated,and accordingly the temporal and spatial changes of phytoplankton community structure were analyzed.The results showed that a total of 69 species of phytoplankton in 55 genera and 7 phyla were found,mainly composed of Chlorophyta(20 genera and 26 species),Diatom(15 genera and 22 species)and Cyanophyta(9 genera and 9 species).The cell density of phytoplankton was 5~110180 cells/L.The algal density in larger lake was low in each sampling season with a winter peak in January(0.19×10^(3) cells/mL);the algal density in smaller lake with an obvious summer peak in July(1.73×10^(3) cells/mL and 2.6×10^(3) cells/mL,respectively);the algal density of the old estuary and the monitoring station reached its highest value in October(10.18×10^(3) cells/mL and 7.06×10^(3) cells/mL,respectively).The diversity indices of Shannon-weiner,Simpson and Margalef were 0~2.94,0~0.92 and 0~3.8,respectively.The diversity index of water bodies in the ecological park was low,and the fluctuations were large among different locations and seasons.The study revealed the characteristics of seasonal variation of phytoplankton diversity,dominant species and community structure in Futian mangrove ecological park,providing basic data and model for mangrove protection and management.
