摘  要:可靠性预计是定量分析船舶操舵控制系统可靠性的有效手段,为船舶操舵控制系统设计方案的选择和改进提供依据。首先,根据船舶操舵控制系统不同模块结构特点和环境应力,对比不同可靠性预计方法的优缺点;其次,以GJB/Z 2009C的方法和数据为基础,提出常规元器件的失效率预计模型,对于手册无法预计的智能元器件,结合IEC TR 62380,提出了对应的失效率预计模型和计算方法;然后,对某新型操舵控制系统进行实例预计,分析了不同模块和元器件对系统可靠性的影响,并对系统的薄弱环节提出了改进措施。Reliability is expected to be an effective means for quantitative analysis of the reliability of ship steering control system,and a basis for the selection and improvement of the design scheme of ship steering control system is provided.Firstly,according to the structural characteristics and environmental stress of different modules of the ship steering control system,the advantages and disadvantages of different reliability prediction methods are compared.Secondly,based on the methods and data of GJB/Z 2009C,the prediction model of failure rate of conventional components is proposed,and the corresponding failure rate prediction model and calculation method are proposed in combination with IEC TR 62380,and the corresponding examples of the control system are analyzed.The influence of different modules and components on the reliability of the system is analyzed,and the improvement measures are put forward for the weak links of the system.
