摘 要:为了科学评估无人机发动机研发项目质量管理成熟度,采用文献研究法初步识别评估指标,通过现场访谈法与实地调研法对指标进行补充完善,在因子分析法中实现指标分类,使用自适应变权法结合主客观因素确定指标权重,基于病态指数循环分析缩减指标体量,最终完成无人机发动机研发项目质量管理成熟度评估指标体系的构建。可为无人机发动机研发企业开展内部外部审查,构建标准化质量管理体系,提升无人机发动机研发项目质量管理成熟度提供参考。In order to scientifically evaluate the quality management maturity of drone engine R&D projects,the drone engine R&D project quality management maturity evaluation index system is constructed.Literature research method is used to initially identify the evaluation indicators.Indicators are supplemented and improved through the on-site interview method and field research method.The indicator classification is realized in the factor analysis method.Adaptive variable weight method is used which is combined subjective with objective factors to determine the index weights.And finally,the number of indicators is simplified based on the ill-condition index cycle analysis.The index system can provide reference for drone engine R&D companies to conduct internal and external reviews,build a standardized quality management system,as well as improve the quality management of drone engine R&D projects.
