摘　　要：针对检测与转换技术“传感器特性测试实验”,设计并实现了基于半实物虚拟仿真的铜热电阻测温系统。包括,单臂桥式电路电压采集(铜热电阻感知周围环境温度变化引起自身阻值改变,单臂桥式电路输出电压(差)值反应电阻阻值的变化)、环境温度采集、上位机接收数据并进行运算处理和保存,绘制铜热电阻温度特性曲线。最终,经过常温和逐渐升温两种不同环境的测试,铜热电阻在一定误差范围内能够测出当前温度,达到了设计要求。Aiming at the Detection and Conversion Technology Sensor Characteristic Test Experiment,a copper thermal resistance temperature measurement system based on semi-physical virtual simulation was designed and implemented.Including,single-arm bridge circuit voltage collection(copper thermal resistance senses the change in the surrounding environment temperature and causes its own resistance to change,and the output voltage(difference)value of the single-arm bridge circuit reflects the change in resistance resistance),ambient temperature collection,the host computer receives the data and performs arithmetic processing and storage,and draws the copper thermal resistance temperature characteristic curve.Finally,after testing in two different environments at room temperature and gradual heating,the copper thermal resistance can measure the current temperature within a certain error range,which meets the design requirements.
