摘　　要：目的:完善高校动物实验中心对麻醉药品规范化的管理模式。方法:借鉴医院对特殊药品、高危药品的监管体制和先进的管理经验,结合各高校对麻醉药品的管理现状,从麻醉药品管理规程、使用环节管理等方面入手采取措施。结论:通过完善麻醉药品管理制度、建立麻醉药品目录与档案,加强麻醉药品相关知识培训以及操作规程训练,增加麻醉药品使用中反馈环节,实现对麻醉药品进行安全闭环式独立管理,保证动物实验取得可靠的结果和动物福利。Objective:To improve the standardized management model of narcotic drugs in animal experiment centers of colleges.Method:Based on the supervision system and advanced management experience of special drugs and high-alert drugs in hospitals,combined with the current management situation of narcotic drugs in colleges,measures are taken from the aspects of the management procedures of narcotic drugs and the management of the links of used.Conclusion:Through perfect the regulations for the administration of narcotic drugs and narcotics directory and file,reinforced the training of narcotics knowledge training and operating procedures,increased the narcotics use the feedback link,realized the closed-loop type independent narcotic drugs for safety management,to ensure that the results of animal experiments to obtain reliable and the welfare of animals.
