微信公众平台在大学生双创训练管理中的应用

摘　　要：针对近年来四川大学水利水电学院大学生创新创业训练计划管理中存在的诸多问题,在高校信息化建设快速发展的大背景下,基于微信公众号建立了大学生创新创业训练计划管理平台。平台集即时消息通知、学习资源获取以及优秀作品展示等功能于一体,在方便教师对项目进行管理的同时,也使参与训练的学生能够更加及时地获取项目进展状态和重要学习资源。平台试运行调查结果表明,这种依托于微信公众号的管理形式不仅实现了教师管理高效化,也解决了学生获取学习资源的信息碎片化等问题,在高校信息资源管理方面有着广阔的应用前景。In view of the many problems existing in the management of college students innovation and entrepreneurship training plan in recent years,under the background of the rapid development of university information construction,the management platform of college students innovation and entrepreneurship training plan was established based on WeChat public platform.The platform integrates functions such as instant message notification,learning resource acquisition and excellent work display.It is convenient for the instructor to manage the project,and also enables the participating students to obtain the first news of the project status and important learning resources in a timely manner.The effect achieved by the platform after a period of operation shows that this form of management relying on the WeChat public platform not only achieves the efficiency of teacher management,but also solves the problem of fragmentation of information that is not conducive to students’access to learning resources,it has a broad application prospect in college information resource management.
