摘  要:文章分析了八钢欧冶炉风口小套频繁破损,引发炉缸堆积的原因,通过气化炉全焦冶炼,调整气化炉、竖炉操作制度,同时配加锰矿和萤石洗炉,降低炉渣碱度,保持良好渣铁流动性等措施逐步消除气化炉炉缸堆积,使欧冶炉的炉况在处理完气化炉炉缸堆积后保持了炉况顺行,各项经济技术指标达到正常水平。This paper analyzes the causes of frequent damage of tuyere sleeve of OY furnace of Bayi Steel which leads to hearth accumulation.Through full coke smelting of gasifier,adjusting the operation system of gasifier and shaft furnace,adding manganese ore and fluorite to wash the furnace,reducing slag alkalinity and maintaining good slag iron fluidity,the hearth accumulation of gasifier is gradually eliminated,So that the furnace condition of OY furnace can be maintained smoothly after dealing with the accumulation of gasifier hearth,and various economic and technical indexes can reach the normal level.
