摘　　要：盛装有毒化工产品的化工桶,因储运过程泄漏风险很大,对桶身质量要求很高。通过分析化工桶加工焊接过程及其控制特点,识别出化工桶生产对冷轧原料板在尺寸精度和表面质量方面的要求,结合八钢生产化工桶用冷轧原料的工艺设备特点,重点在热轧、冷轧的轧制和退火工艺方面进行了优化,产品质量得到较好的控制。Chemical barrels are generally filled with toxic chemical products,and the risk of leakage during storage and transportation is very large.By analyzing the welding process and its control characteristics,the requirements of chemical barrel production for the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of cold rolled raw material plates are identified.In combination with the present situation of the process equipment,the hot rolling and cold rolling and annealing processes are optimized,and the quality of the cold rolled raw material plate for chemical barrel is better controlled.Product gets good reputation.
