摘　　要：富蕴蒙库铁矿球团厂有6台Φ6m的圆盘造球机,造球机的刮刀系统、传动系统、润滑系统故障率居高不下,设备检修和维护成本高,生球产量和质量受造球机设备故障制约。通过对造球机系统设备分析研究,对部分设备进行了优化改造,造球机系统故障率明显下降,提高了生产效率,也降低了维护成本。There are 6 sets of Φ 6 m disc pelletizer in ore pellet factory of Fuyun Mengku Iron Mine. The failure rate of scraper system,transmi Kion system and lubrication system of ball making machine is high,the cost of equipment maintenance and maintenance is high,and the production and quality of ball production are restricted by the equipment failure of ball making machine. Through the analysis and Research on the equipment of the pelletizer system,the optimization and transformation of some equipment have been carried out,the failure rate of the pelletizer system has decreased significantly,the production efficiency has been improved,and the maintenance cost has been reduced.
