摘 要:通过对查岗诺尔铁矿前期生产时损失贫化较高问题的研究,从矿体地质赋存特点、采场设计参数、采矿工序现场管控等方面进行了分析,并与国内类似矿山对比。据此提出了查岗诺尔铁矿无底柱分段崩落法回采缓倾斜中厚矿体条件下的回采技术优化改进措施,以期为查岗诺尔铁矿恢复生产时,降低矿石损失贫化、改善矿山经济效益,提供技术参考。Through the study of the problem of high loss depletion in thepre-production of Chagangnore iron ore mine,the causes of the problem were analyzed in terms of the geologicalcharacteristics of the ore body,the design parameters of the quarry and the on-site management and control of the mining process,and compared with similar mines in China.Accordingly,improvement measures are proposed to optimize the recoverytechnologyunder sublevel caving method and Gently inclined medium thick orebodyconditions in iron ore.It is expected to provide a technical reference to reduce the ore loss depletion and improve the economic efficiency of the mine when the Chagangnore iron ore mine resumes production.
