摘　　要：近年来随着信息安全产业的发展,我国信息安全人才市场出现较大缺口。高职院校培养的信息安全人才并不能满足市场岗位需求。以深圳信息职业技术学院信息安全与管理专业为例,针对毕业生初次就业专业匹配度低和岗位薪酬起薪低的“两低”问题,依托“双高”建设计划以及高职本科建设机遇,以与信息安全头部企业深信服科技股份有限公司建设产业学院为契机,共同创新人才培养模式及手段,实施课证赛岗融通机制,根据学生能力推行“特色班”和“平行班”人才培养模式,为解决“两低”问题进行了积极的探索和实践。With the development of the information security industry in recent years,China's information security talent market has been tight.However,talents cultivated by vocational colleges cannot meet the market's demand.Taking the major of security and management of Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology as an example,the paper aims at help solving the twin issues of low major-job matching degree and of low starting salary for fresh graduates.Thanks to the national plans for the construction of high-level vocational schools and majors with Chinese characteristics,the institute takes the opportunity of building an industrial college with top information security enterprise SANGFOR to jointly innovate talent cultivation modes and means and implement the course-certificate-competition-post integration mechanism,and put"special class"and"general class"into practice according to students'abilities to solve the twin problems.
