摘　　要：燃烧室是燃气轮机的重要部件之一,异物堵塞是燃烧系统比较危险的故障,会使火焰温度场不均匀、局部过热,导致热通道产生热应力或增加NOx排放,需立即停机处理。常规处理方法是拆除故障燃烧器进行检查清洗,费时费力。详细记录了一次通过热反吹处理燃烧系统异物堵塞的过程,通过对热反吹效果的检查,论证了其方法的可行性。The combustor is one of the important components of a gas turbine.Foreign matter blockage is a dangerous fault of the combustion system,which will cause uneven flame temperature field and local overheating,resulting in thermal stress on hot channel or increase NOx emission.It needs to be shut down immediately for treatment.The conventional treatment method is to remove the faulty burner for inspection and cleaning,which is time-consuming and laborious.This paper records in detail the process of treating the foreign matter blockage in the combustion system by hot back blowing,and demonstrates the feasibility of the method by checking the effect of hot back blowing.
