摘  要:PG9171E型燃气轮机在停机过程中由于燃烧不稳定,经常会发生火焰信号丢失,从而导致机组异常熄火的现象。非正常熄火产生的热应力释放会对燃气轮机热通道造成严重的不良影响,极大的缩短部件的实际使用寿命。针对该现象产生原因进行综合分析,并制定了改进方案和措施,通过对原有燃气轮机火焰探测系统实施技术改造,能够有效避免同类事故的发生,显著提升燃气轮机机组运行的灵活性、可靠性和经济性,对同类型机组也具有极好的借鉴意义。During the shutdown process of PG9171E gas turbine,the flame signal is often lost due to unstable combustion,which leads to abnormal flameout of the unit.The release of thermal stress caused by abnormal flameout will cause serious adverse effects on the hot channel of gas turbine and greatly shorten the actual service life of components.The causes of this phenomenon are comprehensively analyzed,and the improvement scheme and measures are formulated.Through the technical transformation of the original gas turbine flame detection system,the occurrence of similar accidents can be effectively avoided,and the operation flexibility,reliability and economy of gas turbine units can be significantly improved,which also has excellent reference significance for the same type of units.
