摘 要:为提高多脉波整流器的谐波抑制能力,提出一种基于非常规平衡电抗器的直流侧谐波抑制方法。在常规平衡电抗器的基础上,增加一次侧抽头数和二次绕组,并通过一次侧抽头控制电路和二次侧整流电路与负载相连,进而提高整流器输出电压脉波数和输入电流的阶梯数,降低了输入电流总谐波畸变率(THD)。以输入线电流THD最小为目标,分析非常规平衡电抗器的工作模式和参数优化设计方法。实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性,应用非常规平衡电抗器后,并联型整流器的输出脉波数可从12脉波增加至24、36、48脉波,输入线电流THD由15.15%降低至3.81%,谐波抑制能力得到显著提升。In order to improve the ability of harmonic reduction in multipulse rectifier,this paper proposes a harmonic reduction method at DC link based on unconventional interphase reactor(UIPR).In this method,UIPR increases tap number of primary winding and one secondary winding on the basis of the conventional interphase reactor,which connects to the load through the primary tap control circuit and the secondary rectifier circuit.Furthermore,UIPR increases the pulse number of load voltage and the step number of the input line current,and decreases the total harmonic distortion(THD)value of input line current.Taking the minimum THD of input line current as the goal,the operation mode and optimal parameter design method of UIPR are analyzed.Experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.After using UIPR,the load voltage of parallel connected multipulse rectifier can be increased from 12 pulses to 24,36 and 48 pulses,and the THD of input line current is reduced from 15.15%to 3.81%.The harmonic reduction performance of the multipulse rectifier has been significantly improved.
