摘  要:水通道蛋白3(aquaporin 3,AQP3)是人类皮肤中表达最多的一种水通道蛋白亚型,可以介导水、甘油、尿素、过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))等小分子溶质的跨膜转运。AQP3在角质形成细胞的增殖、分化、皮肤的水合、皮肤屏障功能恢复、创伤愈合中均起重要作用。AQP3介导的H_(2)O_(2)转运与系统性硬皮病、银屑病、接触性皮炎、皮肤肿瘤等多种皮肤病的发病机制相关。本文重点对AQP3介导的H_(2)O_(2)转运在多种皮肤病发病机制中作用的研究进展进行综述。Aquaporin 3(AQP3)is an aquaglyceroporin and is capable of transporting water,glycerol,urea and hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)).AQP3 is the most abundant aquaporin in the skin.AQP3 has been reported to play an important role in keratinocyte proliferation and differentiation,skin hydration,skin barrier recovery,wound healing.In addition,AQP3-mediated hydrogen peroxide transport is involved in the pathogenesis of skin diseases such as scleroderma,psoriasis,contact dermatitis,skin tumor.Research progress in role of AQP3-mediated hydrogen peroxide transport in pathogenesis of skin diseases is reviewed in this article.
