摘　　要：EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus,EBV)是一种疱疹病毒,被证明与多种血液系统疾病有关,如传染性单核细胞增多症、慢性活动性EBV感染、EBV相关噬血细胞综合征、伯基特(Burkitt)淋巴瘤、霍奇金和非霍奇金淋巴瘤、移植后淋巴增生症。由于此类疾病临床表现复杂,常合并多脏器功能损伤,预后较差,病死率较高。早期及时有效的治疗可以改善症状,降低病死率。近年来,国内外学者对于EBV相关血液疾病的治疗方案不断更新与完善。本文就传染性单核细胞增多症、慢性活动性EBV感染、EBV相关噬血细胞综合征、EBV相关淋巴瘤、移植后淋巴增生症治疗方案的研究进展进行综述。Epstein-Barr virus(EBV),a type of herpes virus,is associated with a variety of blood system diseases,such as infectious mononucleosis,chronic active EBV infection,EBV-related hemophagocytic cells syndrome,Burkitt's lymphoma,Hodgkin's and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma,post-transplant lymphoprolosis.Due to the complex clinical manifestations of these diseases and multiple organ dysfunctions,the prognosis is poor,and the mortality rate is high.Early and timely and effective treatment can improve symptoms and reduce mortality.In recent years,the treatment programs for EBV-related blood diseases have been continuously updated and improved.This article reviews the research progress of infectious mononucleosis,chronic active EBV infection,EBV-ralated hemophagocytic syndrome,EBV-associated lymphoma,and post-transplant lymphoprolosis.
