摘  要:针对目前国内轴承生产厂商对于轴承的摩擦力矩检测技术发展缓慢,重型卡车轮毂轴承摩擦力矩检测成本昂贵,要求精度高及操作复杂等问题。依据重型卡车轮毂轴承的主要组成结构进行分析,阐述了摩擦力矩产生的主要原理,构建了重型卡车轮毂轴承Adams摩擦力矩仿真分析模型,得到了轮毂轴承的启动摩擦力矩为12.17 N·m,旋转摩擦力矩为7.96 N·m,通过试验机检测得到的启动摩擦力矩为11.81 N·m,旋转摩擦力矩为7.43 N·m,对比得到精确度分别为97.04%和93.34%,验证了仿真的有效性,可用于轮毂轴承生产检测。In view of the current domestic bearing manufacturers have developed slowly for the detection technology of friction torque,it is expensive,high precision requirement and complex operation to measure the friction torque of heavy truck hub bearing.The analysis is made based on the structure of heavy truck wheel hub bearing,explain the main theory of friction torque,build the heavy truck’s wheel hub bearing friction torque Adams simulation analysis model.Come to a conclusion that the starting friction torque is 12.17 N·m,running friction torque is 7.96 N·m.The starting friction torque detected by the testing machine is 11.81 N·m,and the rotating friction torque is 7.43 N·m.The accuracy of the comparison is 97.04% and 93.34%,respectively,which verifies the validity of the simulation and can be used in the production and testing application of hub bearings.
