摘 要:近年来,潮河流域受地下水开发、水利工程建设的影响,流域的产汇流特性发生了改变,导致密云水库入库径流量减少,直接影响了北京市水资源规划与管理。应用改进的新安江模型对1980年以前径流序列进行还现,从而实现设计洪水特征值修订,研究结果表明:流域年降雨量基本不变,年径流深明显减少;流域调蓄能力显著增强,相同降雨量情景下,1980年之后产流量减少;1980年以后洪峰、洪量相关性较高;设计洪水特征值最大1 d洪量平均减少11%,最大3 d洪量平均减少17%,最大7 d洪量平均减少20%,洪峰流量平均减少6%,研究结果可为相关部门应对下垫面变化影响下流域防洪规划及水资源的开发与利用提供重要的参考价值。The development of groundwater and constructions of water works in Chaohe watershed have great impacts on the runoff yield and concentration.It significantly affected the water resources planning and management in Beijing.The improved Xin'anjiang model is applied to restore the runoff series before 1980,so as to realize the revision of the characteristic value of the design flood.The result revealed that annual rainfall in Chaohe watershed is essentially constant and annual runoff decreased significantly.Storage capacity of basin en⁃hanced significantly.Runoff reduced after 80 years in the same rainfall.Flood peak is higher related with flood vol⁃ume after 80 years.Maximum daily flood volume is reduced by 11%,maximum three days flood volume is reduced by 17%,maximum seven days flood volume is reduced by 20%and peak discharge is reduced by 6%.The re⁃search results can provide important reference value for relevant departments to deal with the development and uti⁃lization of water resources under the influence of underlying surface changes.
